Biomass Operator Training

We provide hands-on training for cordwood biomass heating systems through Southeast Conference.

The Southeast Conference Cordwood Boiler Operator training spans three days, with two days in the classroom and one day in the field, focusing on hands-on experience. Grading is based on completion, with a “go/no-go” assessment, and each training session accommodates up to 15 participants. Two training sessions are planned for each year at locations based on partnering communities with cordwood boiler systems.
